Discover the conditions in which we age our wines

We take great care in choosing where and under what conditions our wines are aged. This is the most important factor in achieving the highest quality over time.

Our wines are aged in climate-controlled wine warehouses in the Netherlands and France. These facilities offer optimal conditions, with a constant temperature between 13 and 15 degrees Celsius, the ideal range for aging wine.

Humidity levels are consistently kept between 65% and 75%, and the environment remains completely dark, as all wines are stored in their original boxes.
