4. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

• Shipping costs and applicable duties or taxes are calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the UK and most countries within the EU.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, especially limited-edition and perishable goods:

• All sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• In the event of a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
• Refunds will only be issued for unopened products.
  
  

7. Membership

If you subscribe to a membership (yearly fee), you agree to:

• A recurring payment of €125 a year;
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled 1 month before the next billing cycle;
• Access to all products, early access, and a personal contact point.

To cancel your annual membership, please follow these steps:

• Send an email to info@reservedtreasuresclub.com at least 1 month before the start of the next billing cycle.
  

• In your email, include your membership details (name, membership number, etc.) for verification purposes.

• Once we receive your request, we will confirm the cancellation and send you a confirmation email.
  
  

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website – including images, text, branding, and design – is the property of Reserved Treasures Club and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written and signed permission.

9. Liability & Disclaimer

• We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
