Due to the nature of our products, including limited-edition wines and rare spirits, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the collectible and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Taste preferences
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Opened bottles or packaging
Please double-check your order before confirming payment.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during transit,
- Leaking or broken,
- Incorrect or not matching your order,
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at info@reservedtreasuresclub.com include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
- An explanation of the issue
We will review your request and offer a suitable solution, which may include:
- A replacement product (if available)
- A store credit
- A refund
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used bottles
4. Shipping Costs
We do not refund shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective product.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- You will be notified by email once the refund has been issued.
