• What to do when my order arrives broken?

  We take great care in securely packaging all orders to prevent broken consumables. However, if this does happen, please send us an email with your order number, invoice number, and pictures of the damaged bottle(s). We always find the best solution for our clients.

  Our consumables are stored in boxes in our constant-temperature, secured warehouse in the Netherlands to ensure the optimal aging process.
