1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Leaking or broken,
  • Incorrect or not matching your order,

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
  • An explanation of the issue

We review your request and offer a suitable solution, which may include:

  • Replacement product (if available)
  • Store credit
  • Refund

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used bottles

3. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • You will be notified by email once the refund has been issued.
