TASTINGNOTES
To begin with, the nose is deep and complex, showing dried cherries, figs and dark plums. Additionally, notes of cocoa, tobacco, leather and exotic spice unfold gradually. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and velvety, with immense concentration and beautifully integrated alcohol. Therefore, the finish is extraordinarily long, warm and layered.
CELLARING & EXPERIENCE
Furthermore, the Quintarelli Classico 2007 is built for long-term aging. While already expressive after careful decanting, it will continue to evolve gracefully for many years. Because of its richness and structure, it pairs exceptionally well with game, braised meats and aged cheeses. As a result, this Amarone offers profound drinking pleasure and outstanding cellar value.
